Data Processing Addendum

1. Introduction

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between CYBER DYNAMIC LTD and any client, user, or organisation that uses AnyHour services where personal data may be processed.

AnyHour is operated by CYBER DYNAMIC LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

This DPA sets out the responsibilities of the parties regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Roles of the Parties

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation:

- The client or user of AnyHour acts as the Data Controller.

- CYBER DYNAMIC LTD acts as the Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of the client through the AnyHour services.

The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

CYBER DYNAMIC LTD may process personal data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving AnyHour services.
